Michael Hennig
Michael began his career in real estate in 2007 by investing in single family homes in South Bend, IN. He is the founder of MHennig Properties LLC as well as a founder and member of Racine Capital LLC. Additionally, Michael works with Gallup, Inc where he advises companies on growth strategies through behavioral economics based solutions. Previously, Michael worked for Deloitte Consulting from 2007-2009 and served as a Managing Director for a proprietary trading firm called Traditum Group from 2009-2017. Michael holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Notre Dame and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth.
Mark Magierski
Mark began his real estate career in 2008 as the founder of Damen Estates LLC. As a founder and member of Racine Capital LLC, Mark enjoys applying his design and engineering experience to real estate by providing creative and quality designs for flip houses as well as buy and hold units. Mark works for Shure Incorporated as a Supplier Quality Engineer specializing in supplier manufacturability and supplier management. Previously, Mark worked for Honeywell in the Oil & Gas field as a Project Engineer. Mark holds a B.S in Mechanical Engineering from North Carolina State University.
